At Pairs Socks, we want your feet to stay happy; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Socks

Place the unworn socks with tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
